Ethics & Trust
We've always set high standards for ourselves and have been putting ethical policies in place within our own company since 1987. One such policy is that no member of our staff, regardless of how senior, is permitted to buy a second-hand property from us. We did this so that there will never be a conflict of interest involving a client, our sales agent and a member of staff. And yes, it is strictly enforced. So much so, that staff members have left our employment so that they could buy their dream home. For us, reputation will always come before revenue.
We were the first estate agency in Ireland to sign up to the NPSRA Code of Practise in 2007 in an effort to encourage more regulation in our industry and we also insist on membership of either the IAVI (Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute) or IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers) - the two regulatory bodies that watchdog our industry
